Ordering Stained Glass

Stained Glass Art Visual Catalog
At the time you place your order and I receive payment I will notify you via e-mail of the delivery date. Ordinarily, I function somewhere between a 6-12 week delivery schedule, which can change quickly if I receive several large commissions at once.
I accept only checks or money orders.
Boxes
If ordering a box please send me a check or money order for the box and
include the name of the box as it appears on the home page.
When I receive your order and payment I will send you an e-mail acknowledging
receipt of your order and giving you an expected shipping date.
Commissioned Works
For all commissioned works I will prepare a contract.
Once the contract is signed and returned to me with a retainer fee
I will begin the work. I ask for a retainer of 33% of the commission price
which becomes non-refundable once I've purchased glass for your
commission, since all glass I purchase is non-returnable.
The balance of payment is due upon delivery of the artwork.
Shipping
I will notify you via e-mail that your order is ready to
be shipped to ensure proper receipt of the artwork.
The customer will pay all shipping charges in addition to the artwork fee.
All orders will be shipped via insured ground transportation unless otherwise requested.
Delivery and Notification
Within 24 hours of delivery I expect that the art
work be inspected to ensure it has arrived intact.
I will email you requesting confirmation that the piece arrived safely.
If you do not notify me within 24 hours of delivery of any damage
to the artwork in transit I cannot be responsible for repairing any damage.
Since glass is fragile I take extra care in shipping my artwork,
and I expect the same care taken to inspect your artwork upon
receiving it. I will be very happy to pay for all shipping charges
and repair any damaged artwork if I am notified within 24
hours of delivery of the order.
